Cookies we use
Essential: needed for the site to work and, on the contact page, for Google's reCAPTCHA anti-spam check — these don't need consent. Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) that help us understand traffic and usage. They're only activated after you click "Accept all" on the cookie notice.
Contact form data
The contact form doesn't use cookies. When you submit it, your name, company, email, WhatsApp number and message are sent directly to Salesforce (our CRM) so we can respond — this happens only when you submit the form, regardless of your cookie choice.
Legal basis
Analytics cookies: your consent, under LGPD (Brazilian law 13.709/2018) art. 7(I) and, for EU visitors, GDPR art. 6(1)(a). Contact form data: preliminary steps and performance of a possible contract, under LGPD art. 7(V).
Third-party sharing
Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA) and Salesforce (CRM, contact-form data only). We don't sell personal data to third parties.
Retention
Analytics cookies follow Google Analytics defaults (up to 14 months). Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your request.
Your rights
You can request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of your data, and revoke consent for analytics cookies at any time using the button below or the site footer.
